Delegates to the 8th international conference on Community-Based Adaptation undertook field visits to communities and projects around Nepal
The field trips enabled the participants to explore at first hand issues related to financing community-based adaptation to climate change. The trips were organised to take in a variety of landscapes and adaptation projects. The trip to Kritipur village, in the Nawalparsi district, showcased irrigation systems and community forest projects.
A detailed round-up of the field trips, including experiences and photographs of the delegates is available via Storify or you can read through it below.
