Full biography
Expertise

Over 15 years' communications experience, including roles in journalism, corporate public relations and research communications. Expertise in content development, writing, editing, strategic communications support, and project and systems management.

Before IIED

Various communication roles in the private sector and project management roles in NGOs, including CAFOD, British Red Cross and Warmi Huasi, a small Peruvian organisation providing training support and creating income generation opportunities for women.

Seconded by IIED to work with the African Climate Policy Centre (ACPC), UN Economic Commission for Africa as in-house staff writer providing editorial and strategic communications support to ACPC’s team of climate scientists.

  • BA in German and English, King’s College, London

Current work

As content manager in IIED’s Communications team, develops, writes and edits a range of outputs – from blogs to backgrounders, animations to policy briefings – designed for uptake by diverse audiences across policy and practice.
